Our Move Management Services
We go beyond the typical moving and unpacking services. We can orchestrate and manage every moment of your move (from the first phone call to the last unpacked box), making the process as stress-free as possible.
That can include:
- Helping you declutter your home and get rid of all the items you don’t want to take with you.
- Supervising the entire packing process. We have relationships with local and national moving companies, and we’d be happy to supervise the packing and moving process for you. We’ll protect your belongings like they’re our own.
- Unpacking your entire home, or parts of your home. We can unpack and organize just a few rooms, or send a team of organizers to unpack your entire house – often in as little as one day.
- Managing the entire moving process. Some of our clients go away on vacation during their week of their move (yes, really!) They pack a suitcase and leave the old house, then return to the new house at the end of the week. We take care of everything!
- Get you settled in your new place with minimal disruption, so you can actually enjoy your new home right away. Want to have a dinner party the night of your move? You’ll be able to do that!

I’m moving, I’m overwhelmed and I have no idea where to start. Can you help?
Call us at 303-656-5354 and we’ll start with a conversation. We’ll assess your situation and recommend services that fit your needs. Some clients outsource everything, and others need help with specific parts like pre-move decluttering or unpacking. We’re flexible and can handle whatever tasks you can’t (or don’t want to) do yourself.
What is luxury move management?
Luxury move management is comprehensive support for your entire move. Our services include:
- Helping you declutter and streamline your possessions before the move
- Coordinating with your moving company
- Supervising the packing and loading process
- Telling movers exactly where to put each box and piece of furniture at your new house
- Unpacking and organizing everything after the trucks leave
How much does luxury move management cost?
Every move is unique. We bill hourly for our organizers’ time and provide transparent pricing after our initial consultation. Cost depends on:
- The size of your home
- The scope of services you need
- Your moving timeline
Our services are well worth the cost — our clients tell us it’s the best money they spent during their move.
Are you a moving company?
No. We don’t own trucks or transport items. However, we have relationships with trusted moving companies and can make recommendations. We also provide move management services — including getting bids, supervising packing and loading, overseeing unloading, and complete unpacking and organization in your new home.
How far in advance should I contact you about my move?
Ideally, at least 6-8 weeks before your move date, especially during the busy season (April-September). This gives us time to help with pre-move decluttering (if needed) and ensure our team is available for your move dates.
Do I need to be home during the move?
Not necessarily. Once we’ve worked with you to understand your preferences, many clients choose to be away during the actual moving days. We’ve had clients go on vacation, attend their child’s out-of-state tournament, or simply continue working their regular schedule while we handle the packing, moving coordination, and unpacking.
What happens to items I don’t want to take to my new home?
We can refer you to companies to help you get rid of the stuff you no longer need. We have connections with trusted resources like:
- Estate sale companies
- Donation services
- Junk hauling companies
