  Discard it: If you can do without it, get rid of it

  Delegate it: Designate a due date and direct it to a member of your staff

  Do it: If it will take ten minutes or less, do it now!

  Develop it: Develop an action plan that will ensure it gets done in time

  Delay it: If it is not a priority, work at it during spare moments
